Angels at First Light

Jet lag had me awake before the city on our first morning, so I took my camera and walked down to the river while it was still dark. By sunset this bridge is shoulder to shoulder; at this hour I had the whole span and its angels to myself. The clouds caught fire for a moment just before the sun cleared the horizon, and then the color was gone.
